I reserve the right to refuse or cancel a commission for any reason.

You are paying for a digital artwork, custom made acording to your order. No physical items will be shipped to clients.

You must have visual references and/or an easy to follow image of your character and what you want me to draw. The more details, the better! Be clear with what you want.

I will provide at least one WIP (work in progress) sketch of the commission for your approval before I continue working.

Please take a good look at my portfolio before commissioning. I'm always up to experimenting on art, but I won't make any drastic changes to my art styles.

Finished commissions will be uploaded to a private Google Drive folder and sent to the client via a shared link. I can't guarantee the file will be up forever. It is up to the commissioner to download, save and backup the files in time.

All payments must be done in USD ($).

I only accept payments via PayPal invoices.

Payments must be full upfront and sent within 48 hours, or else the client will lose their commission slot.

Payment plans can be discussed for orders above 100 USD.

I will only send a refund if I haven't started your commission yet or if something happened and I feel like I can't complete your order.

I have the right to post, display and share commissions on my portfolios and social media for advertising. If you would like me to wait for a certain date to post, or want the order to maintain private, please mention so when ordering.

Once a piece is commissioned, the commissioner may use it for any personal use as they please, such as social media icons, wallpapers, etc. They may not redistribute their order for profit.

Commercial fees need to be discussed beforehand, while ordering.

The commissioner may upload the work done for them to their social medias as long as it is credited and linked back to any of my own social medias.

Clients are not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of their commissioned artwork for non-fungible tokens and artificial intelligence training. Use of the artwork for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs, AIs or cryptocurrency is strictly prohibited and will get the commissioner banned from ordering from me again in the future.
